Hey folks!
Just to let everyone know we are an official seller in the Discogs Marketplace now, should you be on the lookout for new and vintage vinyl. There are still a few things we are looking to add to our shop soon, so check back periodically for vinyl goodies!
Blind Lemon Jefferson “Black Horse Blues” / “Corinna Blues” 78RPM Single - Paramount Records, US (1926).
Hokum Boys “I Ain’t Going That Way” / “Caught Us Doing It” 78RPM Single - Vocalion Records, US (1935).
Otis Rush “Love That Woman” / “Jump Sister Bessie” 78rpm - Cobra Records, US (1957).

Do you remember the first vinyl record you ever purchased?
First album I ever bought was this ‘Chicago Blues’ compilation on Spivey Records (1962). Found it in a junk shop in West Texas for $1. Still, one of the best purchases I ever made. Knew who Willie Dixon was, so I figured the rest of the players were just as good. Still gets regular rotation on my turntable…
Louis Armstrong with Gordon Jenkins and His Orchestra “White Christmas” / “Winter Wonderland” 78rpm Promo Single - Decca Records, US (1952).
Bob Wills and His Texas Playboys “When It’s Christmas on the Range” / “Santa’s on His Way” 78rpm Single - MGM Records, US (1949).

Edward Kean “Howdy Doody & Santa Claus” 78RPM Single - RCA Victor Records, US (1953).
Yes, we’re looking forward to Turkey Day, with all the food, football, friends and family and such, but we’re ready for Christmas, too, and that means CHRISTMAS VINYL!
We at Classic Waxxx are starting the holiday season early (but not as early as most retailers) with holiday vinyl GALORE. From now thru December 31st, you’ll be smattered with ample amounts of Christmas album and 7” single covers, reviews of vintage holiday LPs, and a collection of awesome Christmas songs, culled straight from our very own vinyl. The pops and hisses are just as warm and inviting as a winter’s fire!
Hope all of our friends, fans and followers enjoy our holiday content, and wish you and everyone a warm and classic holiday season!
And please…feel free to share with us your favorite holiday vinyl classics!
